Advancement Office

The Advancement Office at St. Louis University High School strives to ensure that the vision of Ignatian education, borne of intellectual and spiritual vigor, remains viable for students today and tomorrow. The department plans and administers programs and activities that advance the school's image and reputation. Most importantly, it develops and implements strategies to achieve the financial objectives established by the Board of Trustees.

Some areas for which the Advancement Department is responsible include:

  • Alumni relations, including management of Alumni Board of Directors, class reunions and phonathons
  • Alumni Annual Fund, Class Scholarship and Parents in Partnership
  • Capital campaigns (VISION 2000) and other special fundraising efforts
  • Major and planned giving
  • Parent relations, including management of Mothers' Club, Alumni Mothers' Club and Fathers' Club
  • Public relations and external communications, including Web site oversight and production of SLUH News
  • Special events, such as CASHBAH, Alumni Golf Tournament and Founder's Society Reception

In all of its endeavors, the Advancement Office is continually seeking new ways to maintain affordability and secure the future at SLUH. If you are interested in helping us achieve our goals through financial or other means, or if you simply have a question, we would be delighted to assist. Please review the directory to contact the appropriate person.
