Rental Fees and Applications
Charges for Use of Currigan Room, Library and Cafeteria
Charges based on the "Priority of Facility Usage" system, found on the Terms and Conditions page, which assigns a "class" to the type of event.
Class E:
Business, civic, religious, social or cultural organizations.
- One night (4 hour maximum) = $525
- Each hour beyond 4 = $120
Class D:
Any group or organization directly affiliated with SLUH.
- One night (4 hour maximum) = $375
- Each hour beyond 4 = $100
Class A, B, and C:
(A) Any curricular SLUH program, (B) Any SLUH co-currricular program, and (C) Any group or organization sponsored by SLUH.
- No charge, but prior approval required
Additional Requirements and Payment

USER must provide St. Louis University High School with proof of a certificate of insurance for $1,000,000 of term general liability insurance for the duration of their stay in the facility.

Additional needs will be charged at a rate to be agreed upon by St. Louis University High School and the USER.

Additional technical/supervisory staff: $35.00/hour/person
Charges for Use of Gym and Stadium
Charges based on the "Priority of Facility Usage" system, found on the Terms and Conditions page, which assigns a "class" to the type of event.

- One night (4 hour maximum) = $1,275
- Each hour beyond 4 = $275
- Each additional successive night = $700
Class D:
Any group or organization directly affiliated with SLUH.
- One night (4 hour maximum) = $750
- Each hour beyond 4 = $175
- Each additional successive night = $500
Class A, B, and C:
(A) Any curricular SLUH program, (B) Any SLUH co-currricular program, and (C) Any group or organization sponsored by SLUH.
- No charge, but prior approval required

A nonrefundable check in the amount of 1/3 of the total fee will be required with the signing of the contract. The balance is payable two weeks prior to the performance date for event confirmation.

Additional charges will be made only when USER requests services in excess of basic service

St. Louis University High School reserves the right to change fees and rates as it deems appropriate

St. Louis University High School has the sole right to determine who shall/shall not use its facilities

Unacceptable behavior from the USER or guests of the USER will not be tolerated (see policies & regulations)
Charges for Use of the Joseph Schulte Theater
Rehearsal: Basic Rate = $1,400.00
This includes a maximum of five (5) hours of rehearsal; technical director, one stage hand, one sound man, one light man, in-house sound system, in-house lighting system, and dressing rooms.
USER must provide St. Louis University High School with proof of a certificate of insurance for $1,000,000 of term general liability insurance for the duration of their stay in the facility and include the high school as additional named insured under the general liability.
Additional Fees:

Each additional hour or part of an hour of rehearsal up to 8 hours: $230.00/hour

Each additional hour or part of an hour of rehearsal from 9 to 12 hours: $280.00/hour

Each additional hour or part of an hour of rehearsal over 12 hours: $340.00/hour

Additional technical staff (sound, lighting, spotlight operators, etc.): $25.00/hour/person
Performance: Basic Rate = $1,800.00
This includes five (5) hours for set-up, show and strike, technical director, one stage hand, one sound man, one light man, house manager, five (5) ushers/ticket takers, in-house sound system, in-house lighting system, and dressing rooms.
Additional Fees:

Each additional hour or part of an hour of performance up to 8 hours: $280.00/hour

Each additional hour or part of an hour of performance from 9 to 12 hours: $360.00/hour

Each additional hour or part of an hour of performance over 12 hours: $440.00/hour

Additional technical staff: $25.00/hour/person (includes sound, lighting, spotlight operators, etc.)

Additional ushers/ticket takers: $20.00/hour/person

Extra Cleaning Fee: $60.00/hour (Additional cleaning charges apply when theatre and/or backstage areas are left in poor condition)
Meetings: Basic Rate = $600.00
This includes a maximum of three (3) hours of meeting time; house lights; podium with microphone; and table and chairs on stage.
Additional Fees:

Additional time for meeting will be billed at $170/hour or any part of an hour, and if insurance is required an additional $60 per hour or any part of an hour.

Additional presentation needs (Speaker table(s), table skirts, projectors, screens, additional sound, stage lighting, staff, etc. will be charged at a rate to be agreed upon by St. Louis University High School and the USER.

Additional personnel needs @ $35.00 per hour per person
