Mr. Dougan received a BS Ed. and a M.Ed. and Adult Vocational Ed. degrees from Southeast Missouri State University and has done post graduate work at Southeast Missouri State University and University of Missouri. His 31 years of experience include teaching business and doing guidance counseling at Lindbergh High School. He came to SLUH in 2002 and is presently the Varsity Tennis Coach. Mr. Dougan is married. His wife is a reading specialist and has one son who attends the University of Tulsa.
