The varsity will compete with nine runners in this early season event hosted by SLUH and the Big River Running Co. The varsity race is scheduled to begin at 10:50 am.

The SLUH XC team captured first place in all three divisions; varsity, JV, and Freshman. Winning medals in the varsity race were Chris Murphy (SR, 14th,16:43.9), Bill Gabler (SO, 23rd, 16:55.4), And Austin Cookson (JR, 25th, 16:57.3). Sophomore Tony Minnick won the JV 5K race in 17:39.6 and Dan Raterman won the Freshman 3K race in 10:20.1. Ben Carron won the non-scoring JV 5K race with a time of 18:13.7.
