2007 JV Water Polo
PARKWAY CENTRAL
The Jr. Bills, short-handed because of Spring Break and sickness, used a smothering defense and effective counter-attack offense to defeat the P. Central Colts. The team was led by Player-of-the-Game Dylan Jungels, the freshman goalie starting in his first game. Though Dylan only faced one shot, he combined with sophomore captain John Savio to record the season's first shutout. The scoring was spread throughout the team, led by Steve Sigman (3), followed by Trent Going, John Savio, Alistair Vierod & Kurt Piening (2 each), with Nick Debandt, Misha Digman, Daniel Pike, and Jungels each adding 1. Savio added 2 saves in goal during the 4th quarter. The team will remain short-handed for its game on Wed against Oakville.
