2008 JV Water Polo
MARQUETTE
The Jr. Bills had their toughest competition of the year, as the Mustangs from Marquette challenged SLUH throughout & barely allowed them to escape with an 11-8 victory.
Poor fundamentals plagued the team from the get go, as numerous scoring opportunities were wasted due to poor passes, not catching the ball, or not picking up the ball properly. The 2M position was a bright spot for the Jr. Bills, as sophomore captain Daniel Pike recorded a 6 point game (4G, 2A) on his way to POTG honors.
