Perfect!
The 2008 SLUH JV Water Polo team capped off a perfect 16-0 season with a fantastic 10-2 victory over longtime rival DeSmet, in the Championship Game of the Suburban Central Conference Tournament.
The team jumped out to an early lead and never looked back, using a terrific offensive counter-attack to keep the Spartans constantly off balance. Defensively, despite a few lapses when DeSmet started cherry-picking, the Jr. Bills were relentless in showing off their press blocks, fronting, and passing lane skills.
The undefeated season marks the 3rd consecutive unblemished record for the JV Jr. Bills. Congratulations to all team members on a great season!
