Again...Perfection!
The 2010 JV Water Polo team completed their season with an unblemished 21-0* record, their fifth straight undefeated season. The program has now won an impressive 90 games in a row. This was the 16th time JV has finished first in their conference.
Led all season long by captains Justin Ramacciotti and (goalie) Sean Sullivan, the team came out of the gates hard and never looked back. The team worked hard in practice, and bought into the SLUH philosophy of winning from Day 1. All season long, it was harped on these boys that winning all of our games or being good JV water polo players was not the goal; becoming the best water polo player they could be was the goal. Though this is ultimately an incomplete journey for all of these boys, they played a season that would make the generations of past SLUH water polo greats proud.
Congratulations to the 2010 JV Water Polo team on a terrific season. The tradition continues, indeed!
