Soccerbills Defend CYC Tourney Title
The St. Louis University High School varsity soccer team defeated CBC 2-0 on Saturday, September 22nd in the final game of CYC Tournament to defend its title as tourney champions.
Jack Twellman scored both goals for the Jr. Bills, and Luis Soffner earned the shutout at Anheuser-Busch Center. SLUH, recently ranked fourth among large schools in the metropolitan area, improved to 12-1-1. Its only loss was to CBC earlier in the season.
