Water Polo Team Wins State
The Varsity Water Polo team, behind a combined seven goals from the Heafner brothers Jim and John and a stifling defense led by seniors Kerry Read and Ray Kreienkamp, defeated MICDS 11-6 at the Rec Plex on May 19th to capture the state title. The Jr. Bills finished the season a perfect 25-0 (first time that has happened in state water polo since MICDS did it in 2000). The title was the 12th in the tradition of water polo at SLUH and the second in succession. Congratulations to the players, parents and coaches Paul Baudendistel and John Penilla.Recent News
