Alumni Mothers' Club Events 2011-12
- SEPTEMBER 9 & 10: Set up for Loyola Academy Dinner “Chefs’ Feast for a Knight” at Loyola Academy.
- SEPTEMBER 20: ALUMNI MOTHERS’ OPENING MEETING
6:00 p.m., SLUH Theater Loge - Honduras Baby Shower (light dinner served). - OCTOBER 6: FALL BOOK SWAP 7:00 p.m. Bring books to swap and books to donate to the Card Party.
- OCTOBER 12: LOYOLA ACADEMY LUNCH BUNCH (Dessert day)
11:15 a.m. Bring a dessert to share with 9 boys on their lunch break. Then lunch with the ladies (location TBD). - OCTOBER 16: SLUH CARD PARTY Doors open 11:00 a.m.; Party begins at 1:00 p.m.
- OCTOBER 22: Set up for Evening of Hope Dinner Auction for Boys’ Hope/Girls’ Hope (lunch will be provided).
9:00 a.m. - Westport Sheraton Chalet - NOVEMBER 13: PARTY WITH A PURPOSE!
1-4 p.m. Ann Willard’s house, 7339 Westmoreland Dr., 63130. DROP IN for wine and hors d’oeurvres, and DROP OFF gifts and gift cards to be used for Loyola Academy’s Santa Gift Shoppe. - DECEMBER 4: MOTHERS’ CLUB SLUHTIQUE - Holiday Boutique and lunch
- DECEMBER 8: LOYOLA ACADEMY SANTA GIFT SHOPPE
Donate gifts for the Loyola boys to “purchase” as Christmas gifts for members of their families. Volunteers are needed to staff the Gift Shoppe and wrap the purchased gifts. - JANUARY 12: CASHBAH GIFT GATHERING PARTY
4:00-8:00 p.m. at the home of Peggy Harris. Party with the ladies, and bring gifts/donations for Cashbah! - JANUARY 18: LOYOLA ACADEMY LUNCH BUNCH (Dessert day)
11:15 a.m. Bring a dessert to share with 9 boys on their lunch break. Then lunch with the ladies (location TBD). - JANUARY 19: MOTHERS' CLUB DAY OF RECOLLECTION
- FEBRUARY 9: SPRING BOOK SWAP - 7:00 p.m. At the home of Nancy Brand.
- FEBRUARY 21: FAT TUESDAY LUNCH BUNCH, 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., Sugo’s.
- MARCH 28 & 29: Dress dinner tables for Cashbah auction (lunch provided). Time TBD.
- MARCH 31: CASHBAH DINNER AUCTION, 6:00 p.m.
- APRIL 18: LOYOLA ACADEMY LUNCH BUNCH (Dessert day)

Dinner immediately following 6:00 p.m. Mass and Installation. Help hostess serve dinner for the new and retiring officers of the Mothers’ and Alumni Mothers’ Clubs.
