I. Impromptu A Capella “Afternoon Delight”
II. Talent Show
A. April 3rd at 5pm in the theater
B. Should we have tryouts?- not necessary for everyone
C. All acts will email Tim, we will decide if they need to audition
D. Mario filler? Or the Circus Club in between acts
E. Need to set lighting for each of the acts- John and Sprogel
F. Should be less than two hours
G. Cost? Make it spare change admission with donations to Op. Rice Bowl
III. Spring Fling
A. Murray’s Shaved Ice is set- Aaron
B. John is getting signups for Basketball Tournament starting Monday
- make a Facebook event and make sure we have the Field House
C. Inflatables- same company as last year, no Velcro wall, the contest type- Gino
D. NHS will cook food again- Mrs. D
1. How will drinks work? - Gatorade jugs like last year
2. Need to order food by March 28
3. Talk to food service about using warmers to transfer food
4. Move food to lower field to serve
E. Get a Root Beer keg from Fitz’s again- Tim
F. Bands will play on steps of Field House- Tom Blood and Tim
G. Mixer will be in the upper lot
1. How can we section it off?
2. Talk to Mr. Mueller about the stage and moving speakers- Phil
H. Need to close off lobby and Commons for Cashbah set-up
I. Talk to Mother’s club about using the lobby bathrooms
J. Talk to Mr. Chura about selling concessions on upper lot- Ross and Ram
K. Incoming Freshmen will participate on activities
L. Everything is free- except entrance to the mixer will be decided on
M. Have people enter into the mixer through the front gate, line up on oakland
N. Raffle- ACT Class, Dance Tickets, Jerseys- Gino, Steve, Aaron
