Retreat Week Offers Spiritual Renewal

During the week of November 22, just prior to Thanksgiving, more than 400 students participated in Retreat Week. SLUH was able to successfully and safely host four retreats, including the on-campus Freshman Retreat, two faculty-led Junior Retreats at LaSalle and Pallottine retreat houses, and an alumni-led senior Kairos Retreat at King's House.

In addition to providing a break from rigorous academic demands, retreats offer students the opportunity to grow in their own spiritual awareness and cultivate their relationship with God. Each year, every student participates in a retreat experience, an essential layer the formational journey SLUH offers students in their development as Men for Others.
