Lithuania Russian Summer Exchange
Current St. Louis U. High juniors studying Russian travel to Vilnius Lithuania over the summer to participate in a 16-day language immersion program at Vilnius Jesuit High School, our Jesuit partners. Students live with host families, attend classes daily, conduct a service project, and participate in a cultural program which includes after school excursions to museums and places of cultural significance, as well as a three (3)-day visit to Riga, Latvia.
A two (2)-week reciprocal visit by the Lithuanian host students will follow in late March/early April of the following school year. Students are expected to host their Lithuanian partner student during this visit.
Tentative 2024 dates: Saturday, June 8th to Monday, June 24th, 2024.
Estimated program fees: $2,200 per student
