Poland Summer Exchange
Current St. Louis U. High Freshmen and Sophomores studying Russian travel to Krakow and Gdynia, Poland over the summer to participate in a 2.5 week cultural immersion and service program at Kostka High and St. Stanislaus High School, our Jesuit partners in Poland. Students live with host families, attend classes, provide service to the Ukrainian refugee community, and participate in a cultural program which includes excursions to museums and places of cultural significance.
A two-month reciprocal visit by the Polish host students will follow in mid-August of the following school year. Students are expected to host their Polish partner student during this visit.
Tentative 2024 dates: Saturday, May 25th to Monday, June 10th, 2024.
Estimated program fees: $2,000 per student
