EV3 Robotic Instruction, with focus on the programming of the EV3 Robot!

  • Monday, July 23-Thursday, July 26, 8:00-11:00am (Level 1 Beginners)
  • Monday, July 30-Thursday, August 2, 8:00-11:00am (Level 2 RobotC)

Intro to Programming and Computer Camp

Introduction to Game Programming, Binary Method and Basic Computer Concepts for boys and girls entering 6th, 7th, 8th grade

Course will cover:

  • Computer vocabulary
    • main storage, auxiliary storage, ram, rom, cpu, bits and bytes
  • Data Storage
    • Characters, numbers, images
  • Machine Language Instruction Cycle
  • Binary Math
    • Counting in Binary
    • Converting Decimal to binary, and binary to decimal
    • Adding and subtracting in binary
    • Introduction to octal and hex
  • Introduction to basic programming creating simple games

Monday-Thursday, July 16-19, 8:00-11:00am
