Tuition & Affordability
An Investment in Your Future
The knowledge and experiences a student gains over four years at St. Louis U. High, as well as the relationships he forges, sets the foundation for a bright future.
A SLUH education is an invaluable investment that we believe should be available to talented students from all financial backgrounds. We admit young men based on their ability to succeed, rather than their families' economic circumstances.
2024-25 Tuition: $23,300
The actual cost to educate each Jr. Bill is $27,011; however, generous alumni and benefactors help to bridge the gap, ensuring a SLUH education is accessible to as many young men as possible. Learn more >

SLUH Ensures Financial Accessibility
We make every effort to assist families who demonstrate financial eligibility, the calculated measure of a family’s need for financial assistance. Besides income (taxable and non-taxable), we take into account assets, expenses, liabilities and the number of children attending Catholic schools (K-12). Furthermore, we encourage families to bring any special circumstances to our attention.
Financial aid applicants are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Each student award decision is unique. Families are required to create a FACTS application in order to receive their award.

Work Grant Program
All recipients participate in the work grant program. Student responsibilities are structured around each young man's unique schedule.
Will my family qualify for aid?
All families seeking financial aid are required to complete an application on the FACTS Tuition Management website.
FACTS provides a discretionary and confidential method to collect financial information, allowing the Financial Aid Committee to determine awards. Final decisions are made by the SLUH Financial Aid Office. Admissions decisions are need-blind.
