Details

  • Bus service BEGINS on the first full day of classes, Tuesday, August 20, 2019. Late Start Schedule days, the bus still picks up in the morning at the regular times.
  • Saint Louis Transportation has been in business for more than 20 years and is a reputable company having safely driven our athletic teams. They have extensive experience in the transport of students to different schools in the area.
  • St. Louis Transportation drivers will have information and emergency forms for all students who have paid to ride.
  • Students will be expected to be at the stops on time; drivers will allow for 5 minutes at each stop – no exceptions.
  • Students will be expected to comply with the SLUH Discipline Policy as outlined in the Parent-Student Handbook while riding the bus.
  • Families that use the SLUH Bus understand that it is their responsibility to contact St. Louis Transportation Dispatch directly at (314) 344-1975 with morning or afternoon routing conflicts or concerns, your son’s absence on any particular day, etc. The driver will assume that if Dispatch hasn’t heard from you & your son is not at the stop within 5 minutes of the times noted above, that your son will not be riding that route, that day.
  • Upon boarding EACH afternoon, students are asked to reconfirm with the driver the stop at which they’ll be getting off.
  • Families understand that if the SLUH Bus is delayed due to traffic or weather, St. Louis Transportation will alert SLUH Administration as soon as possible and every effort will be made to excuse your son’s tardy.
  • Families understand that, once in motion from a particular stop, the SLUH Bus MAY NOT be flagged down to stop, due to safety reasons, if your son misses or is late for the bus.
