The Eucharist is the center of life at SLUH. We celebrate the Eucharist in a variety of settings:

• Daily Masses: During the school year, we offer Daily Mass at 7:45 a.m. any day that students are in the building. Students, faculty, staff, parents, and alumni are welcome to attend.  Until the chapel renovation project is complete (estimated completion is February 2024), Daily Mass will be celebrated in our temporary chapel in the Theater Loge.
   
• All-School Masses: We will celebrate six all-school Masses during the 2023-24 Academic Year. We are especially honored and excited to welcome to SLUH Most Reverend Michael G. McGovern, Bishop of Belleville, to celebrate Mass on All Saints' Day, and Most Reverend Mitchell T. Rozanski, Archbishop of St. Louis, to celebrate Mass on the Immaculate Conception! All-school Masses are celebrated in the Si Commons.

  • Mass of the Holy Spirit - September 7
  • All Saints' Day - November 1
  • Immaculate Conception - December 8
  • Ash Wednesday -  February 14
  • Mass of Praise & Gratitude - April 25
     
• Class Masses: Each student will be part of quarterly class Masses. Until the chapel renovation project is complete, class Masses will be celebrated in the Joe Schulte Theater.

  • Sophomores:
    October 17, November 28, January 18, April 4 (Sophomore Retreat)
     
  • Juniors:
    September 21, November 7, February 6, April 19 (Junior Ring; in Si Commons; parents are invited)
     
  • Seniors:
    October 31, December 5, March 7, May 25  (Baccalaureate; in Danis Field House; parents are invited)
