Invest in a SLUH Education

SLUH's tradition has been, and its vision remains, that Jesuit education be available to talented students from all financial backgrounds. Coupled with a premier academic program, SLUH's commitment to financial accessibility has distinguished the school for many decades.

Tuition and Financial Aid

A strong financial aid program supports the socioeconomic diversity of our student body. Since 2008, the amount of direct aid has tripled, and the number of students benefitting from that aid has doubled. In the 2023-24 academic year, SLUH is providing approximately $5.4 million in aid to 45% of our students. The average amount of aid is about $10,500.

Merit Scholars Program (for incoming freshmen only)

As SLUH moves into our third century of educational leadership, we are excited to also offer a Merit Scholars Program that deepens our commitment to financial accessibility and intellectual excellence. This program  provides both academic merit recognition and partial tuition awards.

"At SLUH teachers allowed me to ask difficult questions and pursue my own line of thinking. I was able to mature from a shy, introverted kid whose father was a St. Louis County Cab taxi driver of 44 years to become an adventuresome and confident business owner who has built an international company culture that thrives on unending curiosity as one of its core values."
