Visit the giving website at sluhday.sluh.org.
Sign up here to be a Champion if you haven't already.
Rally your class leadership team.
Come up with your plan of attack – email, texting, phone calls, all of the above?
After Nov. 1, make your early gift to the campaign.
On Nov. 6, start your outreach to classmates. The lists are below.
On Nov. 7, all 2022 SLUH Day donors will get a personalized email asking for their renewal.
From Nov. 9-11, commit to following your plan for outreach.

Signing Up to be a Champion

If you have not done so already, please visit https://sluhday.sluh.org/organizations/st-louis-university-high-school
Click the CHAMPION button and follow the prompts.
You can also watch this video for instructions on how to sign up.
You should have an email from GiveGab from this past Tuesday around 5 that also has a direct link to create a profile.

NOW/ASAP

Get as many fellow volunteers as possible. Grow the pool and you’ll grow the outreach!
Download your class contact lists via this link. You will need a code to access the website. Please email John Penilla at jpenilla@sluh.org to get this access code.
Take a look at last year’s leaderboard (attached) and consider what a goal can be for your class to achieve this year.
As mentioned at the meeting, best practice is for volunteers to self-select which classmates they want to reach out to. There is a column on the spreadsheet for volunteers to indicate their follow-up.

ON OR AFTER NOVEMBER 1

Giving site begins accepting gifts, so visit sluhday.sluh.org to make your gift.

ON NOVEMBER 6

Start your outreach for early gifts from classmates.

ON NOVEMBER 7

Donors to SLUH Day for the last two years will get an email asking them to make their gift as a “VIP” donor.

NOVEMBER 9-11

Follow your plan of attack with your fellow Champions and watch as the donations come in!
