Provide assistance for SLUH families in need: SLUH Mother's Club Martha Moms
Liturgical Ministers
Serve as a Lector, Eucharistic Minister, or Singer/Musician at Mass.
Altar Linens
One person is needed to clean the altar linens once or twice a month.
Altar Flowers
Help arrange flowers to decorate the altar for a SLUH Mass.
Pastoral Care Committee Member
Help support Liturgies and spiritual formation.

November 5 - Open House
Co-Chairs: Kelly Loretta and Jennifer Tranchilla
The Open House allows prospective middle school students to visit and tour SLUH, meet student ambassadors, faculty, parents, coaches and club moderators and explore all that SLUH has to offer.
We are in need of volunteers the morning and afternoon Friday, November 3, receiving cookies, Saturday morning, November 4, for set up, and Sunday, November 5, at the event. If you could please give the gift of your time and sign up for a shift, it would be most appreciated. And remember, your boys are more than welcome to help and spend some quality time with you.

April 16 - Facilities Luncheon

Organize the luncheon for the Maintenance and Facilities staff as a thank you for their tireless work getting all school events set up and keeping SLUH running all year long.
April 19 - Junior Ring Reception

It is a tradition that sophomore parents host the Junior Ring Reception after the ceremony. The event includes cookies and beverages.

February 25 - Senior Mom Prom Dance Lessons Volunteers
Chair: Marie Hatch
Join us as a volunteer for the Mom Prom Dance Lessons! The event will be held in the Si Commons and will have volunteer orientation upon arrival. Casual attire and please bring your own water bottle.

March 24 - Senior Mom Prom Volunteers

Join us as a volunteer for the Mom Prom on Sunday, March 24. The event will be held in the Si Commons, and we will have a volunteer orientation upon arrival. Attire is dressy-casual. There will be food and drinks provided for all volunteers.

April 28 - Senior Follies Reception

The Junior Class hosts a cookie reception for Senior families after Senior Follies. Senior families will also pick up their pre-ordered graduation supplies at this time.

May 23 - Baccalaureate Dinner
Co-Chairs: Christine Meyer, Elena Schall
Each year the Mothers Club hosts the Baccalaureate dinner for seniors and their parents. Mothers Club fundraising activities throughout the year pay for this dinner, so there is no charge for the boys and their parents. We need many volunteers to make this happen.

May - Gift Bag Assembly and Distribution

Volunteers need to assemble graduation gifts bags for seniors and then distribute them the evening of the Baccalaureate Dinner.
