Organize the luncheon for the Maintenance and Facilities staff as a thank you for their tireless work getting all school events set up and keeping SLUH running all year long.

It is a tradition that sophomore parents host the Junior Ring Reception after the ceremony. The event includes cookies and beverages.

February 23, 2025 - Senior Mom Prom Dance Lessons Volunteers  

     Chair: nan Urban and Aaron reinberg

Join us as a volunteer for the Mom Prom Dance Lessons!  The event will be held in the Si Commons and will have volunteer orientation upon arrival.  Casual attire and please bring your own water bottle.

March 30, 2025 - Senior Mom Prom Volunteers

Join us as a volunteer for the Mom Prom on Sunday, March 30. The event will be held in the Si Commons, and we will have a volunteer orientation upon arrival. Attire is dressy-casual. There will be food and drinks provided for all volunteers.

April 27 - Senior Follies Reception

The Junior Class hosts a cookie reception for Senior families after Senior Follies.  Senior families will also pick up their pre-ordered graduation supplies at this time.

May 24, 2024 - Baccalaureate Dinner

     Co-Chairs: natalie Cox and jamie Seamands

Each year the Mothers Club hosts the Baccalaureate dinner for seniors and their 
parents.  The fundraising activities organized by Mothers Club throughout the year
cover the costs for this dinner.  We need many volunteers to make this event a 
success. 

Chairpersons for 7 Baccalaureate Dinner Sub-Committees are needed. These
roles are filled by Junior parents. Please consider overseeing one of the 
7 central tasks for this beloved tradition.

SLUHTIQUE ORDERS PICKUP DATES

All Running of the Bills prints and Men, Moms and Dads for Others, Christmas Light Jr. Bill Spiritwear and Keychains will be available for pick up at the lower theater entrance on the circle drive at SLUH on the following dates:

 

• Thursday, December 12, from 2 p.m.-4 p.m.
• Friday, December 13, from 7 a.m.-9 a.m. 

 

Orders not picked up at this time will NOT be available until school resumes in January. Watch your email for additional pickup information.
