Fantasy playoff spots will be lost and earned this week. Here are our Starts and Sits for Week 14 to lead you into the playoffs.

Tyler Huntley, QB, Ravens: Start. Lamar Jackson sprained his PCL last week against the Broncos and Tyler Huntley reminded the NFL world that he is one of the best fantasy quarterbacks when he gets on the field. While he does not have the same arm talent or athletic ability, Huntley can pick up the offensive right where Lamar left it. Last season, in Huntley’s limited action, he averaged a sustainable 17.2 pts, making him a viable option. Huntley’s rushing ability combined with Harbaugh's scheme makes him a must-start in Week 14.

Trevor Lawrence, QB, Jaguars: Start. The Jags have a losing record but it certainly is not due to Lawrence’s play. The head coach Doug Pederson has unlocked Trevor’s potential and he has continued to grow all season. Just a game after going neck to neck with the league’s best in Patrick Mahomes, he beat the Ravens and Lamar Jackson in a come-from-behind fashion. A favorable matchup vs. Tennessee’s weak secondary makes his upside too good to look away from.

James Cook, RB, Bills: Start. The rookie out of Georgia had a rough start to his career, fumbling on the first carry, but he is now out of the doghouse and for the first time this season, out-carried Devin Singletary. The brother of Dalvin Cook has an elite pass-catching upside and in PPR formats has the chance to become one of Josh Allen’s top targets. This week, we are starting James Cook without hesitation.

James Conner, RB, Cardinals: Sit. The Cardinals are a passing team. Kyler Murray’s explosive ability with both his legs and arm will likely take away looks from Conner as they face a difficult Patriots defense on Monday Night. We will likely see the Cardinal lean on their passing game as New England’s stifling front seven ranks number one in the NFL against the run. The Cardinals likely will be limited the whole game and Conner will likely struggle throughout the night. We are sitting James Conner in Week 14.

Corey Davis, WR, Jets: Start. After being on a limited snap count in Week 12, Corey Davis looked revived last week against the Vikings. Zach Wilson’s replacement, Mike White, looked Davis’s way all afternoon as he hauled in 5 passes on 10 targets while racking up 85 yards. Davis is an intriguing start because of the matchup: the Buffalo Bills. The Bills have given up an average of 42.3 points to opposing wide-outs this year, so Davis has an opportunity to boom in a big way. We are starting Corey Davis in Week 14.

Amari Cooper, WR,  Browns: Start. After a disappointing season so far as well as a disappointing Week 13 with the new Browns QB Deshaun Watson under center, some may have given up on Cooper. However, we see a way the Browns finish the season with a happy ending if history repeats itself for Watson. Cooper was a viable starter with Brissett and now looks to be attracting a higher target share Deshaun under center. Cooper will need to produce in the Week 14 matchup against the Bengals as the Browns are in a win-at-all-costs mode. No matter how you slice it, we see Amari Cooper having a big Week 14.

Hunter Henry, TE, Patriots: Start. Hunter Henry has been boom or bust this year and we think that this matchup against the Cardinals is the perfect opportunity for a Henry boom week. The Cardinals have given up the most points to opposing tight ends this season and we think that Mac Jones will look to take advantage of that and target Henry all night. Hunter Henry is a clear start for anyone needing a tight end in Week 14.

George Kittle, TE, 49ers: Sit. The 49ers quarterback room is depleted. Despite Jimmy Garoppolo leading them to a solid record, placing them atop the NFC West, he has been placed on the IR. The 49ers could not pick up Mayfield on waivers and will have to rely on Mr. Irrelevant, Brock Purdy, for the rest of the year. We are betting that the 49ers will lean on the run game against the Buccaneers this week in an effort to stay on top of the NFC West which will limit Kittle’s opportunity for scoring points. We are avoiding George Kittle this week.
