St. Louis U. High accepts in-kind gifts for various events, including the CASHBAH auction.
The use of these donations is determined at the discretion of the co-chairs, SLUH staff and section chairs. Placement in certain sections is not guaranteed. Donors should complete a CASHBAH Donation Form and retain it for their records.
Per IRS regulations, SLUH cannot confirm the value of in-kind donations, only that the specified items were received. Valuation is the sole responsibility of the donor and cannot be verified by SLUH. Please consult with a tax expert to understand your specific situation.
Items for use (kitchen appliances, equipment, etc.) should be new, unused and in original packaging. Please contact the CASHBAH office at cashbah@sluh.org about the potential donation and to discuss a mutually agreeable date/time for the donor to deliver the item(s) to SLUH.
Due to staff and volunteer restrictions, item pick-up is not available.
